1331 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach

On one of Miami Beach’s main thoroughfares, the spa was designed to have a welcoming front desk and a series of private rooms that used curving geometry and sensuous materials to guide customers towards a relaxing retreat. In partnership with a local business owner, the project worked to imagine curving hallways full of light and shadow using a careful consideration of tile and limewash stucco as a soft palette of textures.
