Sketches and renders for a local developer to imagine different urban configurations for a 4 acre site as a model for development. 4 schemes arise for the 4 acre site, the radial plan, the plaza plan, the medieval plan, and the offset grid. Each of these proposals is rendered in black and white with building footprints and extruded in color through quick sketches to visualize the urban spaces created.
