A 900 acre master plan developed for a private client in Texas. Overhead Studio oversaw a team of 25 designers, with many individuals hailing from as far as Minnesota, California, and Scotland to come together under the Texas sun and produce a vision for smart development. Along with TBG Landscape, Dover Kohl & Partners, and many other individual contributers, a masterplan was devised to guide development on this rural farm that is surrounded by rapidly sprawling suburbia.
